• Nature of Service: CommercialRegister LTD (Registration No: 242246) is a private service provider. We facilitate administrative processes, document searches, and apostille applications with various Seychelles government authorities. We are an independent entity and not a government department.
• Engagement of Services: A service is considered engaged once the client provides the necessary information and payment is confirmed.
• Client Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information. CommercialRegister LTD is not liable for failed applications or searches resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.
• Processing Times: Any timeframes mentioned are estimates based on standard government processing times in the Seychelles. We are not liable for delays caused by government bodies, public holidays, or international courier services.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the service fee paid by the client. We are not responsible for any consequential losses arising from the outcome of a document search or a delay in certification.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Victoria, Mahé.
