Refund Policy

Please read our Refund Policy carefully before engaging our services. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Service-Based Fees:
    You are paying for a professional service and administrative effort. This includes the preparation of documents, liaison with authorities, and official search processes.
  • Non-Refundable Government Fees:
    A significant portion of your payment is often used for non-refundable government disbursements. Once these fees are paid to the Seychelles authorities, they cannot be recovered.
  • The “Search” Principle:
    In many cases, you are paying for the search itself, not a guaranteed specific result. If an authority (e.g., the FSA or Supreme Court) issues a “No Record Found” or a negative result after a thorough search, the service is considered fully rendered. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • No Refund After Processing:
    Once CommercialRegister LTD has initiated the application or search process with the respective authority, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email. A refund (minus any transaction fees) is only possible if our team has not yet begun processing your file.
  • Exceptional Cases:
    If we are unable to perform the service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be provided.
